I’ve been busy creating a few banner prototypes… banner designs and color combinations that shoppers can use as inspiration. This particular one, with a romantic heart design, is made with pale pink dupioni silk base, shiny silver and deeper pink shimmery trims, and is edged with a sweet white lace. It measures 25.5″ length by 11.5″ height. ~Susan
Hastings Cottage Designs wedding banners can also be used by the photographer before and after the ceremony to add a personal touch to various settings. For Katherine & Cameron’s wedding at Pine Hills Lodge, their banner was moved for the reception, and hung on the wall behind their sweetheart table.
For Andreas & Loren’s wedding on the Queen Mary, their banner was hung on the main fireplace mantel in the Queen’s Ballroom before and after the ceremony. An assistant was tasked with moving the banner to the Capstan Deck for the ceremony and then returning it to the fireplace mantel, as seen in below pictures. ~Susan
